Weekly Prayer Circle
We welcome you to join our Prayer Circle each Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. You may fill out a prayer request form at the Inner Light Center, call in your special prayer request to (801) 462-1800, or go to the “contact us” tab to send a special prayer request via email. Led by Rev. Evelyn Dee.
Healing Circle
Led by Ken Huff. Every Sunday after Sunday Celebration (which begins as 10:00 am). If you or someone you know is in need of healing, join the Healing Circle to focus healing energies on the afflicted person(s). Whether you believe or not, the healing circle will empower you with a sense of affectivteness in aiding the ones you love in need of spiritual assistance.
Shamanic Circle
For those interested in an ongoing shamanic practice, we gather to:
- Deepen our Shamanic practice and relationship to Spirit.
- Increase our journey skills
- Work together for healing support and energy balancing
- Practice using different sonic tools for journeying
Facilitated by Rev. Jane Holt, Cathy Seegers, and KK Baker
Meets every second Friday, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
at the Inner Light Center.
Previous journey experience required.
Kripalu Yoga with Virginia
Kripalu Yoga is a holistic approach to the practice of Yoga postures. Through physical practice of Hatha Yoga (postures and breathing exercises) and Raja Yoga (meditation) an integration can occur which can bring us into balance by strengthening the body, calming the mind and bring us to a greater understanding of ourselves. Led by Virginia Aldrich.
Every Friday Morning
Moderate: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Gentler/ lighter: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon (great for beginners or those with limited range of motion. (Download and check calendar on “home page” for any changes)
Tuition: $10.00 per session; or 10 sessions for $90.00
“Meditations with Shirley Ray”
Dear Friends, Welcome,
Our meditation together is a way of “being alone with others” to watch our thoughts and set an intention to reign them into our intention. Self reliance is a compelling intention practice that is evident in the breath meditation that we follow. The sitting meditation is a way to strengthen our resolve in daily life to be mindful and less reactive in our activities.

“The Way of Mastery”
(A Spiritual Study Group)
A study group that investigates the extraordinary and transformational teachings of Jeshua ben Joseph, known to many of us as Jesus, who speaks not as a savior above you, but rather as a brother and a friend to gently and lovingly guide you to remember the Truth of your Being. This collection of channeled lessons serves as a pathway to forgiveness, self-love and the acceptance of the perfection of each moment, and is designed to return the mind to holiness – wholeness. Led by Chuck Towt.
Study Group meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.

“Connection Cards”
A conversational, attention grabbing game often described a both fun and educational. Players describe their body responses to situations written on cards drawn randomly. Judgements are sidelined; awareness to body responses is enhanced.
